2 cups pancake mix
1 cup of cold water *
1 egg (optional)
2 tbsp oil or butter (optional)
* use more or less for a thinner or thicker batter
Preheat your griddle. Mix the water and egg or oil, and add to the pancake mix to get the desired consistency. Don’t over mix or you will not get a fluffy pancake. Oil your griddle and pour a 1/2 cup of batter on to the griddle for each pancake. Cook until the bubbles start to break on the top. Carefully flip and cook until brown on the other side. This will make about 6 pancakes.
The whole bag will make approximately 18-20 pancakes.
