Duane Gregg
Human Resources/Sales & Marketing
Duane has over 10 years experience in the food service industry and a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Tennessee. He is responsible for all sales and marketing of our products and services, as well as internal Human Resources and bookkeeping.
Stephen Reis
Executive Chef/ Research & Development
Stephen is a classically trained chef with over 30 years experience. From Alaska to Alabama, he has worked in restaurants, hotels and privately for a number of famous clientele.
Ashley Graham
Graphic Design/ Administrative Assistant
Ashley has a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media from East Tennessee State University. She creates and oversees the design and printing of company literature, brochures, trade show banners and materials, labels, logo creations/revisions, and website design.
