Our state of the art food processing and research and development facility is custom built for food processing, storage, research and development, office, and dock space. We are a daily USDA inspected facility and bi-annual FDA and TDA inspected facility. We are HACCP compliant in all areas of food processing with several years of documentation since HACCP began. We have a cold temperature room for all meat processing that maintains a 46 - 50 degree temperature. All freezers, cooler and cold rooms have Hobo Data Loggers that constantly maintain and log temperature and relative humidity.

We use industrial mixers, cookers, slicers, food processors, meat grinders, conveyors, portioning machines, vacuum sealers, heat sealers, an automatic ramekin cup sealing machine, and other industrial food processing equipment. Every ingredient and every case has been weighed with digital scales precise to the 100th of a pound in order for us to provide you with the consistency that you deserve. We also have a Primera color label printer with logo and label design technology with bar code printing capabilities to print your custom designed proprietary labels for shipping or retail packs. We have plenty of dry, cool, and frozen storage space for ingredients and finished products, with access to automatic pallet jacks, a fork lift, and 6 loading docks for shipping and receiving.
