Facilities & Production
Our state of the art food processing and research and development facility of approximately 8000 square feet is custom built for food processing, storage, research and development, office, and dock space. We are a daily USDA inspected facility and bi-annual FDA and TDA inspected facility. We are HACCP compliant in all areas of food processing with several years of documentation since HACCP began. We have a cold temperature room for all meat processing that maintains a 46 - 50 degree temperature. All freezers, cooler and cold rooms have Hobo Data Loggers that constantly maintain and log temperature and relative humidity.
