Facilities & Production
Our state of the art food processing and research and development facility is custom built for food processing, storage, research and development, office, and dock space. We are a daily USDA inspected facility and bi-annual FDA and TDA inspected facility. We are HACCP compliant in all areas of food processing with several years of documentation since HACCP began. We have a cold temperature room for all meat processing that maintains a 46 - 50 degree temperature. All freezers, cooler and cold rooms have Hobo Data Loggers that constantly maintain and log temperature and relative humidity.
