Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Mash 1 banana in a mixing bowl. Add the mix and 3/4 cups of water. Mix until just blended. Pour the batter into your prepared muffin pan, 2/3 full in each cup. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until done. A toothpick will come out clean.
